Big Phonics

November 28, 2025

This week in phonics we have been learning different graphemes which make the ‘sh’ sound. We finished the week with a phonics board game which we all enjoyed.

Today in Art we looked at the primary and secondary colours and we created pieces using those 6 colours. Everyone’s art was different which was lovely to see ☺️ We used oil pastels, watercolour paints and paints to mix and create different colours and shades. Well done Chestnut class 🩷

We really enjoyed painting our bathing machines this week! Finished products will be coming home. We are really proud of our work!
