World Book Day Willow

We’ve had a fantastic World Book Day in Willow Class today! Our activities were inspired by the story ‘The Smeds and the Smoos.’

In the morning, we designed and described our own imaginative aliens. We also had lots of fun inventing new alien words and writing our own definitions for them.

In the afternoon, we watched the animated version of the story and then created rockets for our aliens using junk modelling materials.

A huge thank you to everyone who kindly brought in supplies to help with our creations — it made the afternoon even more exciting! ❤️
