Willow class English

In English this week we started our new story ‘The Lion and the Mouse’. We enjoyed exploring the moral of the story and sequencing the events.

Chestnut Class COOL time

Chestnut class have been working hard to complete a variety of different challenges around the classroom. Each week they have maths, writing, funky fingers, phonics, art and construction challenges. We love to recap prior learning through the challenges. This week we have explored number bonds to 10, using tricky words to create sentences, making shapes with peg boards, thinking about animals and their habitats and a variety of construction challenges. Welcome back Year 2
