Rowan Class History

This week in Rowan class, we looked at different photographs from the Victorian era to help understand what seaside holidays used to be like. From the photographs, we saw Punch and Judy, ladies using parasols, donkeys, long swim suits and bathing machines.

Chestnut class have been working hard to complete a variety of different challenges around the classroom. Each week they have maths, writing, funky fingers, phonics, art and construction challenges. We love to recap prior learning through the challenges. This week we have explored number bonds to 10, using tricky words to create sentences, making shapes with peg boards, thinking about animals and their habitats and a variety of construction challenges.
