Writing in Rowan class

 Rowan class had a fantastic English lesson yesterday adding the suffix -ed to root words to make the past tense. We had lots of discussion on the carpet and the children enjoyed applying the rules to their work. 

 In Rowan class we have been busy writing! Today, we were adding the suffix -ed to root words for the past tense. We discussed how even though it sounds like a "t" at the end of the word, we have to write -ed. As a class we talked about the exemptions of the rule. What a great lesson - well done Rowan Class!
